Mr. Sameer Gujar is the Promoter and the Managing Director of our Company. He has passed the examination for Bachelor of Commerce from University of Pune and has completed Post Graduation Programme in Management (Family Managed Business) from S. P. Jain Institute of Management & Research, Mumbai. He has a work experience of 5 years as the Director of our Company. He is responsible for developing our Company’s relationship with customers & suppliers. He has been involved in formulating strategies including identification of growth opportunities in domestic as well as international markets for our Company.

Ms. Pratibha Gujar is the Promoter and a Non-Executive Director of our Company. She holds a degree in Bachelor of Arts (Special) from University of Poona. She has a work experience of over 15 years in retailing of watches and clocks.

Mr. Ramprasad Joshi holds a ‘B.E in Computers’ from Shivaji University, Kolhapur and ‘M.E in Computers’ from Veermata Jijabai Technological Institute, Mumbai University. After Engineering, he worked as a Lecturer with Veermata Jijabai Technological Institute for a few years. He was a Project Engineer, IIT Mumbai in the Aerospace Engineering department in 1993-94. He served as Software & Hardware Engineer at Venus Engineers for a couple of years. Thereafter, he worked as an Assistant Professor PICT, Pune from 1998 to 2002. At present he is pursuing Ph.D. in Computer Science from BITS Pilani. He joined our Company as an Additional Director on the Board of Directors of our Company on October 15, 2012.
He is also an Independent Director of Innoventive Industries Limited & Innoventive Venture Limited.

Mr. Odayammadath Koroth Balraj is a Chartered Accountant by profession. He holds Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce from Calicut University, Kerala and is also certified under the Indian Institute of Bankers, London, with an advanced degree/ diploma from Harvard University on Project Finance. He has over 32 years of rich and valued experience in different facets of financial operations and executive management. His professional experience includes senior managerial and leadership roles at various organisations such as Escorts Group, Nuziveedu Seeds Limited (NSL Group), Essar Group, Infrastructure Development Finance Company (IDFC), Standard Chartered Bank (Formerly ANZ Grindlays Bank) and Tata Group. He has been appointed as a Nominee Director of our Company representing interest of Innoventive Venture Limited w.e.f November 26, 2012.
He is also a Managing Director of Innoventive Venture Limited.

Mr. Pradeep Tupe holds a Diploma in Business Management. He has cleared AMIE Examination and also a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering. He worked with reputed companies such as KSB Pumps, Kirloskar Brothers, Rathi Industrial Equipment, Gujarat Steel Tubes and Atlas Steel Tubes in the Marketing/Sales roles. He was the Chairman of Institution of Engineers (India) Maharashtra State Centre. He served as the Vice President of Laghu Udyog Bharati, an all India organization for small scale industries. At present, he is the Coordinator at MIT Group of Institutions and Hon Secretary at All India Management Association. He is a Charter Member of Rotary Club, Pune University and chairs of Environmental Awareness in a Rotary district. He is a Certified Lead Assessor for QMS (ISO 9001:2008). He joined our Company as an Additional Director on the Board of Directors of our Company on November 26, 2012.

Mr. Ramachandran Nair is an Independent Director of our Company. He holds a degree of Bachelor of Commerce from University of Kerela. He has also completed Part I of the Associate Examination of the Indian Institute of Bankers. He joined our Company as an Additional Director on the Board of Directors of our Company on December 08, 2012. Prior to joining our Company, he has been associated with Bank of Maharashtra since 1975 and was lastly designated as the Deputy General Manager of the Pune City Zone.

Mr. Sanjay Goel joined our company in September 2012. He oversees business strategy & development, strategic acquisitions & alliances and overall operations.
Mr. Goel completed BE (Mechanical) from National Institute of Technology, Karnataka in 1990, and MBA from Lancaster University Management School, Lancaster, UK in 2009.
He has worked in Bajaj Auto Limited from 1990-2007 in Production, Materials, Vendor Development, ERP implementation & Sales. Between 2007 & 2010, he has worked on a number of consulting assignments in diverse areas like on-road car breakdown services, solar lamp, and aviation services consulting. During his MBA at UK, he worked on three live consulting projects in IT, Home insulation services and a defense products component supplier.
Prior to joining our company, he was working as VP-Sales at the Indian sales rep of Bombardier, world’s largest business aircraft supplier.
