Where can I have my clock's repaired?
You can contact Opal authorized service centers or Opal appointed dealers for clock repairs. To locate the nearest Opal service center visit the service section in the main menu.
Where can I have my clock's battery replaced?
To avoid damage caused by battery leakage, it is important to replace the battery as soon as possible. You contact an authorized service centre or Opal appointed dealer to get it replaced.
Where can I obtain clock parts?
We do not normally supply spare parts directly to the customers. We recommend that you contact an Opal authorized service center or an Opal appointed dealer to have it. To locate the nearest Opal service center visit the service section in the main menu.
Where can I obtain an instruction booklet for my clock?
The authorized opal dealer is supposed to provide an instruction booklet with the clock (when purchased). If you do not have one, please contact the nearest Opal service center shown in the service section in the main menu.

What is meant by "Quarter chime"?
Quarter chime refers to clocks that play a choice of four different melodies with an hour strike also.
How can I increase or decrease the chime volume in my quarter chime clock?
There is a volume controller at the backside of your clock for volume adjustment.
My clock hands are bent, what should I do?
The clock hands are easily bent; carefully bend them back to the correct shape. They should not touch each other when working. If it won't work, kindly send it to the Opal authorized service station to replace the same.
How should I clean & maintain my clock?
For wooden base clock, wax and polish your clock cabinet. Do not spray directly onto the case. Apply the polish with soft cloth. Care should be taken while cleaning the glass. Use a quality liquid. Your clock movement should be oiled every three years from the date of purchase and thoroughly cleaned every five years depending upon climatic conditions. Extremely dry, humid conditions may require more frequent servicing. Opal does not recommend that you service your clock movement yourself. Cleaning and oiling are not covered under warranty.

Are all your clocks battery operated?
Yes, this is usually signified by the word quartz.
My clock's hands moves in a peculiar way. Does it mean that it's broken?
Usually this just means that you need a new battery. Replace it with the new one. If that doesn't work, send it to our opal authorized service centre.
What are the different clocks ranges under the Opal brand?
